When you reserve the Bay or Michener Room for at least 2 nights your nightly rate is just $119!

Special Discount Prices are based on 1-2 adults per room and includes a great breakfast. Add $20 per night for the LAVA ROOM and Hotel Tax (13.25%).

Stay on our Farm near Pahoa!

Stay at least 2 nights in Hilo at the Hilo Bay Hale Bed and Breakfast and 2 Nights at our Jungle Farmhouse for just $119 per night. When you rent The Jungle Farmhouse, a 3 bedroom home on a 2.5 acre farm, you get the entire house to yourselves. Located near Pahoa, it is just minutes away from Kehena Black Sand Beach, Lava Tree Park, Thermal Warm Ponds, Kapoho Tide Pools, Steam Vents and Green Lake! Your hosts Danny and Matthew, live part time in the cabin next to the farmhouse and tend to the farm during the day where we grow a lot of the fresh organic fruit and eggs served at the Hilo Bay Hale. Making a reservation is instant and easy! If you have a question please EMAIL us or call us: 800-745-5049 Our office is open from 7am to 11pm daily. (Remember, we are on Hawaii Standard Time.)

The links below will take you to our WEBERVATIONS site where you can instantly check availability and fill out a reservation request. click here
SEND YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST
After you have confirmed availability, use the links above to fill out your reservation request. Only send a reservation request if you are ready to book your room and pay or mail a deposit within 48hrs. A reservation request must be sent for each room you are reserving.
Special rates and discounts will not be reflected on the Webervation site. Only regular nightly rates are shown. If you are reserving at least two nights your rate will be reduced to $119 per night for the Michener and Bay Room and $139 for the Lava Room. We also offer seasonal special. (Shown in the box to the left). EMAIL or Call us about our monthly/weekly rates.
PAY YOUR DEPOSIT
We require a deposit equal to $25 per night reserved. This will guarantee your reservation.

OR please EMAIL us within 48 hrs to let us know you are mailing a check. money order or travelers check for your deposit. Make checks payable to Danny Miller and mail to 301 Ponahawai St. Hilo, Hawaii 96720.

The Balance is due prior to or upon arrival by cash, check, credit card, money order or travelers check. You will receive an email showing the balance due. Use the PAYPAL "BUY NOW" Button below and use any major credit card to pay your balance prior to or when you arrive.

Cancellations

Deposits are refundable if you notify us 30 days prior to your reservation for stays of four nights or less and for longer stays, you must notify us 90 days in advance to receive a refund of your deposit. (A $25 cancellation fee, plus all credit card processing fees will be deducted.) There is no charge to extend your reservation or to re-schedule your reservation for the equal amount of nights at the same location. If you are unable to notify us within the required 30 to 90 day period, you can use your deposit as a credit in the future at the same location or if we can re-book your room(s) we will refund your deposit less the $25 cancellation fee and all credit card processing fees.
