1. CHECK AVAILABILITY 
   The links below will take you to our WEBERVATIONS site where you can instantly check availability and fill out a reservation request.    click here
2. SEND YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST 
   After you have confirmed availability, use the links above to fill out your reservation request. Only send a reservation request if you are ready to book your room and pay or mail a deposit within 48hrs. A reservation request must be sent for each room you are reserving.
   Special rates and discounts will not be reflected on the Webervation site. Only regular nightly rates are shown. If you are reserving at least three nights your rate will be reduced to $99 per night for the Michener and Bay Room and $119 for the Lava Room. (Shown in the box to the left). 3. PAY YOUR DEPOSIT
   We require a deposit equal to $25 per night reserved. This will guarantee your reservation.
   Use the PAYPAL "BUY NOW" Button below and use any major credit card to pay your deposit.
   OR please EMAIL us within 48 hrs to let us know you are mailing a check. money order or travelers check for your deposit. Make checks payable to Danny Miller and mail to 301 Ponahawai St. Hilo, Hawaii 96720.
4. PAY YOUR BALANCE
   The Balance is due prior to or upon arrival by cash, check, credit card, money order or travelers check. You will receive an email showing the balance due. Use the PAYPAL "BUY NOW" Button below and use any major credit card to pay your balance prior to or when you arrive.

Deposits are refundable if you notify us 30 days prior to your reservation for stays of four nights or less and for longer stays, you must notify us 90 days in advance to receive a refund of your deposit. (A $25 cancellation fee, plus all credit card processing fees will be deducted.) There is no charge to extend your reservation or  to re-schedule your reservation for the equal amount of nights at the same location. If you are unable to notify us within the required 30 to 90 day period, you can use your deposit as a credit in the future at the same location or if we can re-book your room(s) we will refund your deposit less the $25 cancellation fee and all credit card processing fees.
