The James Michener Room  

Hilo Bay Hale - James Michener RoomNamed for the famous author who wrote "Tales of the South Pacific" and the epic novel "Hawaii", this room features a collection of furnishings and art inspired by them. The room features 1 Queen Bed, a private luxury bath with a tub and shower and your own private lanai (porch) overlooking the koi ponds and streams. (Sleeps 1-2)

The Bay Room  

The Bay RoomThe Bay Room, has a private entrance off the front lanai with views of Hilo Bay and old hilo town. Enjoy fresh ocean breezes from the Pacific and a private bath with a tub and shower. Features 1 Queen Bed. Sleeps 1-3 (with Futon)

The Lava Room  

The Lava Room, is the largest of the suites and located on ground floor with a private entrance, private lawn for sunbathing and a bamboo garden with waterfalls. The room features 1 King Bed, and a stunning garden shower with a stone floor and slate walls and a sliding glass door that turns your indoor shower into an outdoor shower instantly!

Sleeps 1-4 with futons. Great for small families.
